Watch: Professions and 25th Anniversary (Lansing Diocese)
The Radiance of Christ’s Truth and Providence converged with brilliance this week into three beautiful celebrations.
By the great mercy of God, six Sisters of Mary joyfully committed themselves to Christ for all their lives through the Vows of Poverty, Chastity and Obedience. These radiant, faith-filled brides, sustained by grace, reflect God’s relentless and loving fidelity bestowed upon His Church. What joy He gives us through them!
The providential hand of God inspired five novices to trustingly surrender their very selves into His hands through the holy Vows of consecrated life. Their joyful faces shone with gratitude for God’s great grace and mercy as they donned the black veil of consecration! God’s gratuitous love was evident!

The crescendo of this week of grace was the joyous 25th Anniversary Radiance of Truth event in which the Sisters gathered with many friends and family from around the country. The central theme was one of praise to God in gratitude for calling the Sisters to increasingly bear Christ’s light to the world for these 25 years in the tradition of St. Dominic. The celebration included Mass, Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, and a candle-lit Salve Regina Procession. There was much joyful fellowship throughout the day with inspiring speakers, rosary-making activities and games for the children. God’s grace has been immense and what a joy it is to be part of it all!
